Digital Media Manager (Singapore)

Job Description:
You will support the sales team with core duties as follows:

      • Writing and developing digital media and video creative proposals
      • The Digital Media Manager is to work closely with our director and strategic content team to amplify and distribute the creative assets for our advertisers through cross-platform digital media channels.
      • Assisting advertisers with their ad creative specifications and materials
      • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and follow up customers payments
      • Consolidating regular sales reports with the local sales teams
      • Monitoring ongoing digital advertising campaigns with the sales teams
      • Creatively developing new media packages that sales personnel can present and sell to advertisers.
      • Act as liaison with other external marketing and media resources.
      • Provide timely feedback to sales teams on effectiveness of their campaigns.


Job Requirements:

      • Extremely detailed oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Good verbal, written and presentation skills in English.
      • Willing to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment with multiple digital and social media platforms.
      • The ability and desire to interface with top media owners and clients on high profile accounts.
      • Strong PC and Microsoft office skills and being internet savvy is essential.
      • Working knowledge of basic HTML would be a plus
      • Some experience using DoubleClick for Advertiser (DFA>DCM) and DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM) or equivalent
      • Self-motivated, able to multitask and think on the feet in a fast-pace environment
      • To research and evaluate specific business categories and market trends by identifying prospective vendors to collaborate
      • To lead, develop digital media, content marketing and brand video proposals
      • Good knowledge of the fundamentals of Ad Serving and Display Technologies
      • Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience;


Key Skills for the Role:

      • To have a well-rounded experience of digital media/creative activities, channels and tools, including:
            o Good knowledge of Digital Media, Mobile Advertising and Social Media
            o Some knowledge of Website Build/Strategy
            o Some knowledge of Programmatic Buy (DSP)
            o Certified Google AdWords Professional is a plus
      • To possess existing marketing and media agency contacts and experience of managing key accounts will be vital for this role.

Designer (Based in Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities: 

This is an exciting new role that positions you at the forefront of cutting edge projects within the region.

On the back of a few recent wins with several notable clients, we are looking for designers who can create stunning visuals to accompany our social media campaigns.

You are excited by the prospect of collaboration with different teams, and crafting masterpieces in different styles across various channels. As a design specialist, you are also required to understand client’s business needs, and create visual ideas that are fresh, strategic and always on brand.

  • Create compelling visuals, animated gifs, and cinemagraphs for social and media campaigns – with strong emphasis on facebook and instagram.
  • Conceptualise and collaborate with other creative teams, including copywriters, art directors, and strategists
  • Work with Account Managers and Planners to ensure creative concepts and style are on brand and strategically sound
  • Built strong internal relationships across creative, account servicing and community management teams


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience within the digital design or creative industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated skillset in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong and creative portfolio – Experience in South East Asia landscape a plus

Junior Software Engineer (1 year Intern based in Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join and help supporting our advertising technology team, based in Europe. As a member of technology team, you will work with team members to design, build, and maintain our content ads management platform. You’ll be an integral part of efforts to shape, develop and manage our capabilities, implement and support our product solution. This is a great opportunity for recent software engineering graduate who wanted to get into advertising technology space.

  • Maintain, support and enhance existing advertising technology solution.
  • Troubleshooting ad serving, tracking of creatives tags. 
  • Integration with 3rd party platform such as Google, AWS, Sizmek, Appnexus. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of advertising technology space, especially in the area of ad serving, cross-device targeting, creatives management. 
  • Shepherd agile practices and processes.
  • Keep abreast of new standards (IAB) and emerging technologies (E.g., AMP Ads, Artificial Intelligence)

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English 
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails, Javascript and Node.js knowledge 
  • Experience with AWS management
  • Experience with technology that are related to ad servers, digital media, and RTB

Desired Qualifications

  • Similar experience in software engineering role. (Advertising Technology space preferred)
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience
  • Self starter and ability to work remotely with minimum supervision.
